My name is Vera Vancsura. I am a kinesiologist, personal trainer and yoga instructor by profession. Since I graduated from the University of Physical Education 11 years ago I have attended several couses finally specializing in physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
On our first session you will have the opportunity to tell about all your complaints in the course of a detailed diagnostic test.
Once I get a picture of your physiological condition, the therapy can begin. You will be assigned some homework to make sure that you stabilize the achieved results by keeping to a regular routine. We will be making progressive tests to check if we are headed in the right direction, and change course if necessary. Is that so simple? Yes and no. It is no panacea: there will be ups and downs. What I can promise though is that you and me we will be working together to make you feel better.

The treatments, tools and approaches that I use on a daily basis range from classical to trendy: FMA, FDM, cupping, kinesio-tape, flossing, scar-therapy, physiotherapy, visceral therapies, yoga, stretching, wall bars, dumbbells, exercise band, TRX, sandbag, vibration plate, etc. You can read more about these on my blog, which I continuously up-date with new content.
Notwithstanding, you don’t need to have a complaint. The desire to tone your muscles, improve your posture, or just get some exercise for its own sake is perfectly enough. We will compile your exercise program according to your goals, and you will have the opportunity to execute it individually with continuous supervision. I will give you additional support in the form of videos and home exercise programs, should you need it.
If you would like to be pampered a little, that’s a valid need too: I will refresh your neck, shoulders, waist and tired legs by giving you an energizing, relaxing massage.
