My name is Vera Vancsura.
I am a human kinesiologist, personal trainer, and yoga instructor, specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
I graduated from the Hungarian University of Sports Science (TF) in 2009 and have been working in the field of movement and rehabilitation ever since. Over the years, I have found that my hands are often the most effective tool in supporting recovery and improving body awareness. Touching the skin — rich in nerve endings — is one of the most direct and effective forms of communication with the body. This insight is why my work has increasingly focused on manual therapies.
Massage and its various forms are now an integral part of both treatments and training sessions. While I continue to use movement-based exercises learned earlier in my career, today they are applied more selectively — mainly in pain therapy and often as complementary exercises or home practice. Without aiming to be exhaustive, the methods I currently use in my studio include: Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), Anatomy Trains, Functional Manual Approaches (FMA), flossing, cupping, scar therapy, kinesio taping, visceral therapies, SMR training, fitball training, sandbag training, TRX, vinyasa flow yoga,
prenatal yoga, and baby yoga.
